All flights you did with Sepehran during the last year before joining RedMiles will be added to your panel and all the miles will be calculated.
After joining the RedMiles, you will be at the RED tier. Upon completing your first flight, you can change your ticket date once for free. Additionally, in this membership tier, you will receive 2,000 Status Miles as a birthday gift.
No, in the RED membership tier, the renewal is not required. You will remain in this tier until you earn enough miles to upgrade to the RED PRO tier.
You can upgrade to the RED PRO tier after earning 25,000 Status Miles.
If you are a No-Show passenger, your ticket refund will be paid in miles. The number of refunds allowed depends on your membership tier, from one to several times.
To upgrade from the Red Pro to Senator Membership tier, you have need to earn 40,000 Status Miles.
If you don’t earn the required miles for an upgrade within the specified time frame, your membership will be downgraded to the previous tier.
If you are a Senator or Gold member, you will access a private telephone helpline to assist you with boarding pass, excess baggage, seat selection, and more services.
To upgrade from a Senator member to a Gold member, you need to accumulate 80,000 Status Miles.
The validity period of miles in the Red, RedPro, Senator, and Gold tiers is three years. Additionally, the validity period of Status Miles in the RedPro, Senator, and Gold tiers is two years. To check the expiration date of your miles, visit your personal Club account.
