• If you have multiple active bookings and want to cancel only one, enter the specific Booking PNR for that flight
• Submit your cancellation request and track its status directly on the same page

How to Track Your Cancellation

Once submitted, you can follow your refund status anytime by entering your passport number and booking PNR in the refund portal.

Cancellation Fees

Domestic Flights

The cancellation fee depends on your flight route and how early you cancel. The sooner you act, the lower the fee.

International Flights

For international routes, the fee is based on your flight route, time of cancellation, and your ticket's fare class.

In both cases, the applicable fee is deducted from your ticket price and the remaining balance is refunded to your account.
